Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for services and products provided by GAKS Automations, including WhatsApp automation APIs and other automation solutions. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available prior to the commencement of any implementation, setup, or configuration work related to the purchased service.

A refund request will be considered valid only if:

  • No technical setup, onboarding, or configuration has been initiated
  • No resources or efforts have been allocated toward implementation
  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Once any of the following activities have commenced, no refund will be issued under any circumstances:

  • System configuration or API setup
  • Integration with WhatsApp or third-party platforms
  • Workflow creation or automation deployment
  • Account onboarding or technical consultation
  • Any form of implementation effort by the GAKS Automations team

By proceeding with onboarding or allowing implementation to begin, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that the service becomes non-refundable.

4. Subscription & Usage Fees

Once any of the following activities have commenced, no refund will be issued under any circumstances:

  • System configuration or API setup
  • Integration with WhatsApp or third-party platforms
  • Workflow creation or automation deployment
  • Account onboarding or technical consultation
  • Any form of implementation effort by the GAKS Automations team

By proceeding with onboarding or allowing implementation to begin, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that the service becomes non-refundable.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of GAKS Automations in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Billing errors

Any such exceptions do not waive or override the general terms of this policy.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (only applicable before implementation begins), you must:

  • Submit a written request to: support@gaksautomations.com
  • Include your account details and proof of purchase
  • Clearly state the reason for the request

7. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within [7–14 business days]
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

8. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing and using GAKS Automations services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, including the no-refund condition after implementation has begun.
